When there are no cars in the way then please clear near curb so people can park. Please plow alley east of my house so I can leave..I park behind my house as I can't walk far. 5 ft pile of snow had to be shoveled from end of alley. 4wheel drive vehicles have used it but can't in my car. Traveling south towards this intersection, as if you're traveling on Adam towards 2nd/bloomfield, this light is failing to detect cars and switch. This is the 3rd time I've waited 6+ minutes and having to then get out of my car, hit the pedestrian traffic signal, just to get the light to sometimes change.
