I Parked yesterday at yorgz packing garage on North Walnut Street Sunday 08/27/2023. This is considered a free parking day I believe. The system charged my debt card twice before being let out. Please may the person concerned address this issue. Thanks David
A police car (#129) turned right on a red light, despite a big obvious sign that says NO TURN ON RED. They did not have their lights or siren on. This was at 5:11 pm on Aug 28, heading west on 3rd street, turning north onto Rogers. These signs are meant to protect pedestrians. Aren’t cops supposed to model legal behavior in traffic?
This house has had extremely loud music playing in the backyard all day long. You can hear it throughout the whole neighborhood.

Garbage is strewn about on the B-Line. Broken glass, raw meat, dirty paper products, etc. It has been there since at least 11 AM this morning. My wife and I are going to go pick up what we can with a trash bag but I wanted to document the situation.
I appreciate that you are going to analyze this corner based on the potential Sudbury development. BUT, please change this intersection regardless of what happens with that development. It is already a dangerous intersection with the current traffic flow. There are near misses all day long. The accidents that happen are always bad, not just small fender benders. Allen is too steep. It makes visibility bad and makes it difficult to get traction up the hill and enter Bloomfield safely.

We seek your continued guidance regarding the issue outlined in the initial message. The eroded drainage-way section lies outside our rental property's limits. After discussions with all relevant property owners (1912 E Wexley Rd, 1920 E Wexley Rd and 3020 Stratford Dr), we've concluded that this affected section of the drainage-way, causing flooding, might not be on our properties. This is reinforced by utility bollards adjacent to the eroded zone, demarcated by an extra fence. Suspicions arise from recently installed storm drain pipes on E Wexley, which appear to now funnel excessive water into this drainage-way, exacerbating erosion on both sides and ultimately flooding our properties. We kindly request the City of Bloomington's experts to determine ownership of the eroded section accurately and provide expert advice, ideally from an engineer, on addressing the heightened drainage flow, which is beyond our control. Good mornning. While I have made reports in the past, no contact or response was ever received so I started fixing the issue myself. As you can see in the photo, I am having an issue with street erosion an you can see the area I have personally repaired out of pocket. The road is to the point now where it is crumbling apart more rapidly and causing pot holes and trip hazarda. I even have an area that a fiber optic crew crushed part of the road and have never been back to fix it. The area of concern spans approx. 35-40 feet.
