Dogs from two houses were out without leash and came after my dog on leash. Dogs were from houses at 3531 N Hackberry St 3545 N Hackberry St This is the second time the dogs from 3531 N Hackberry St came out to my dog and I while walking.

The water has tasted horrible for the past two weeks. I called and they said it was safe and would be resolved soon. It is terrible. It smells and tastes unbearable. Please resolve this soon. We pay a LOT of money for utilities.
We're over 1 miles from Bloomington South High School (off South High St), yet every Friday night we hear the PA system announcing the football games as clear as day. Can anything be done to encourage them to calibrate their noise levels?
Hello - I live near the intersection of 7th and Dunn. There has been ongoing road construction for months. Recently, the stop sign at the intersection on the west side of Dunn, when traveling south and stopping at 7th has been taken down. It is still a 4 way stop, but many cars are evidently not seeing the remaining stop side on the East side of Dunn and running the stop sign. I have almost been hit, there is honking frequently throughout the day at people running it (this is new), and I heard a car honk and the person crossing the street yell "stop sign!" Can this stop sign please be replaced? It has become a dangerous situation. Thank you.
Construction dumpster partially in driveway has been blocking portion of new side path along Arden. Now workers are blocking rest of side path with their vehicles.
Trail parallel to train tracks, from bypass to parkridge east neighborhood is very overgrown. This a problem every year!! Should be cut at least a few times a year. I witnessed a trail user conflict last evening, otherwise i probs would not have bothered with this report.
