My neighbor maintains a vacant property, and has since before 2013. The backyard is a junkyard, and a rodent resort. If he can maintain a vacant property, he should have to clean up. The group that takes care of invasive species has really made significant changes to the trail areas north of Meadowood. Before it was choked with honeysuckle and now there are fresh shoots and visibility is incredible. Thank You for improving an already tremendous natural habitat.
