Potholes, Other Street Repair

101 N Glenwood AVE E

Case Date:
3/5/2025

Two street hazard issues: 1. corner of N. Glenwood East and E. Morningside Dr. - asphalt is chipping away causing a walking and auto hazard with ditch. See photo. Maybe repair during the Greenway milling and paving as it borders that area of work. I suggest placing a hazard sign or something to warm folks of the hole. 2. Corner of Concord and E. Morningside Dr. - the guys cleaned out the pipe under the street yesterday, great job. Also a big hole/drop off at the corner to address. Thanking mostly about pedestrians and bikes falling into the space and inattentive drivers which BTown is full of!

Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

101 N College Ave

Case Date:
10/2/2025

Can the City review this section of sidewalk at College Ave and Kirkwood, right out front of The Tap? It may be out of compliance with the City ordinances that require a minimum 5-feet of width for sidewalks. This portion of sidewalk has felt narrow and congested for years. Today, I was walking through and with other foot traffic got pushed to the side where that limestone corner cap sticks out beyond the base of the planter and hit my leg on it. The railing from the Tap combined with that planter creates a significant hazard for pedestrians and restricts the flow of foot traffic. The sidewalk narrows right there. This could be fixed by removing the planter.
