Can the loose sand and gravel be swept up at the intersection of Fenbrook Lane and East Moores Pike? For westbound bicyclists on Moores Pike who are turning north onto Fenbrook, the sand and gravel presents a hazardous situation. Cyclists are approaching at speed since there is a downhill, they want to make a smooth, wide turning radius, but the sand and gravel presents an potentially dangerous obstacle while turning. The neighbor at this location has been burning some kind of wood or other object repeatedly. It is causing consistent health issues for all of us who live at our house nearby. The smoke is so strong that when we walk outside, my mother immediately begins to have coughing fits. We have consulted the neighbor on this issue multiple times, but he continues to burn illegally in his back yard. We cannot see where the fire is, but the smoke comes to our house.

Covenanter & College Mall Road: there's a ton of sand and gravel in the road. It's on the West side of the intersection where eastbound covenanter traffic waits at the light. Tires spin just trying to go from a red light. It's quite dangerous.

I work for affordable fence ad last winter there was a deck being built at 2622 e spice wood crt. I noticed that the support beams were being set up using 4x4 posts. I told them at the time that I believed that 4x6 posts were as small as code allowed. The contractor scoffed at me and i just said "ok" and went back to work. Yesterday while doing an inspection on the fence I installed I saw that two elderly people live at the home and we're out on their deck. The deck (with them on the deck) was very rickety and moved way too much to be safe. I hate to see anyone getting one over on e elderly simply because they can. Their safety is a major issue and I can no longer be silent about the issue. Hopefully you can look into it promptly thank you! Anonymous

The street light just north of the roundabout on Weatherstone is still out. It is just north of the roundabout at the corner of Weatherstone and the paved ally for resident parking. I've reported this several times and the tickets say it was reported to Duke with no change.
