Along Longview, there are several apartments that have not plowed the sidewalk. The property owner of the empty field here has also made no attempt to plow the sidewalk. I have noticed multiple pedestrians in this area that have been forced to walk on the street as a result.
This is an additional amendment to 208191, because seemingly this software will not allow me to post multiple pictures. To clarify, there is more than one apartment complex that has not plowed the sidewalk, and the empty field next to the Park ridge sign is still by far the worst offender. The sidewalk crossing the bypass is not cleared. Pedestrians cannot access the crosswalk signal to safely cross, and people are walking in the road on this busy intersection.

The installation of two islands in the left turn lane is a big mistake. This creates the potential for a huge backup of traffic headed north on Kinser. The solution is to remove the islands and allow for a left turn lane for cars wanting to turn onto Parrish Ave. and shop at Kroger.
Homeless person has built their camp just feet away from the new bus stop. It is between a couple of utility boxes
