An older couple frequently brings their three dogs to Ferguson Dog Park. One of those dogs, is an 18 month old intact male Doberman Pincher. He has attempted to mount my 11 year old, spayed Aussie mix. If he is successful in putting his body on hers, she will fight back. And we know that a young intact male dog that is nearly 8 inches taller than her will indeed make a mess of my life. I have seen them there on three occasions, causing other visitors abiding by the law/rules of the park, to become agitated and thereby leaving, just as I did. The couple drives a newer model Land/Range Rover, dark grey, always in spectacular condition. They are often there midday or late afternoon. It would be very helpful if someone puts a BIG SIGN on all gates stating that only spayed and neutered dogs are allowed. Please help us keep our law abiding, special companions and masters safe. This couple has made it clear that they simply don't care.
I am renting this property and the landlord’s repairman did not connect the ventilation tubing to the outside so all the lint and debris is getting pumped into the air. I wanted to report this as a violation of housing code. Thank you.

homeless encampment between Gordon Pike and Country Club Rd reporting the burning of vinyl causing a public hazard to those surrounding the area
A few weeks ago, I noticed that there were some limestone slabs put on the rail trail entrance near Gordon Pike to keep away the cars that I had seen driving back there. Then I went on a run with my dad back there and we noticed that all of the tents seemed to be gone. I was excited that it seemed like that area was being cleaned up, however people are back to living on the newer trail that runs parallel to the rail trail. There have been only two incidents where I have tried to run on the rail trail and turned around both times because I felt unsafe. Both times, I heard someone yelling sounding agitated from the encampment on the trail. I would love to run on the Rail Trail because it is a beautiful trail and perfectly shaded for hot summer runs, but I just don't feel safe. I realize that this is a bigger issue to solve, but it is just frustrating to me that I cannot utilize that trail, even if I am with someone else, because I just don't feel safe. It is disappointing that Bloomington has beautiful parks and trails that people don't want to use because they feel unsafe.
The thistle weeds near the parking area are about 4 feet tall and numerous. The doggie poop bin is full and smells nasty. Could someone come and clear out the weeds?
