In our video section, we have a library of "how-to" gardening tips videos hosted by gardening experts. You of course have parking problems galore near campus and older part of town. Why not institute policy of granting residential-area by-the-day parking permits for persons with valid handicapped designation? Say, for 8 am-4 in residential areas zoned restrictively? I was not legally able to park in and stroll my old neighborhood--tho' fortunately found the garage on Atwater. Had never expected to have pulmonary problems. Even area residents complain about campus parking. Can't you remove evening quotas for special events?

A large portion of a downed tree is entirely blocking the southernmost end of Georgetown Road in Bloomington. Three residents cannot get out of their driveways and emergency vehicles could not get to the end of the street. Can you send someone very soon this morning to remove the tree?

I just wanted to extend a big thank you to the Street Department for almost inconceivably fast service on clearing access to Georgetown Road this morning. I called about a giant tree limb that was blocking the road entirely and in a matter of just 15 minutes, someone was here with a chain saw starting work on clearing access. This is absolutely amazing service to the residents of the south end of Georgetown Road and I wanted to express my grateful appreciation for the excellent efforts to all involved!

Many neighbors and I use the sidewalk on the east side of S. Henderson St., opposite BHS sports fields, between Wylie Farm and Graham Roads, but I am writing to report that the trees and other growth next to it have become a nuisance and need culling/trimming back. This is the third time we are contacting the city about this problem. We have a culvert that heads west of our house for one block. Our house is on the bottom of the street, so all the debris when flooding happens lands in our culvert and yard. The house west of ours at 1928 Ruby Lane has several big holes in their culvert which are larger than 3 feet. The debris from their destroyed concrete comes down to our culvert and blocks the waterway. I am including pictures. Last year the city fixed the culvert on a house 5 houses up from us, but didn't fix the rest of the culvert. Please advise what to do. Thank you
