703 E 11th St home has big hole in side window. It looks as if someone threw an object through the window. I saw it on my way to work at 11am, and it was unchanged at 6pm when I returned. No cars in the driveway so I just wanted to be sure whoever owns the house is notified.

Hello. My name is Seung Jae, Lee and my accout number is 49236-012. I left US on May 11th and I submitted terminating my water service as well. I have a question that I paid rest of my payment when I left my renting house(address : 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, IN, 47401) but I found out that there is about $73 in my account. There is a crab apple tree that appears to be dying on the tree plot (between sidewalk and street) on West 13th Street in the 700-block (around 715). Is this on city property or is this the home owner's responsibility?
