N Smith and Morningside remains dangerous with many not stopping on N Smith. Yes per Planning signs may be "visible" per the book but doesn't mean people expect and abide by them there - flashers or other item especially to protect bikers crossing at Greenway needed. Though State intersection, N. Smith and 10th also remains dangerous for turns during heavy traffic.

There appears to be drug dealing going on in RCA Park. There is a black vehicle that appears to be involved with at least three undernourished pit bulls in and around the vehicle. If someone is approaching from the walking path the dogs bark and snarl. One appears to be secured by a thin rope. Why is there never a police presence in this area? I almost never see park security down here. It feels like parks and Rec has given up on keeping our parks safe.

Good Morning. I submitted a service request & two follow-ups on 7/27/22. They were assigned #180780, #180783 & #180788. Just now, I received notices regarding all three - they were passed along to a number of people but, today, they were closed indicating that you were "unable to locate" the problems. I drove by there this morning, 8/8/22 before 8:00 a.m., and the soggy, nasty pile of a chair was still in the sidewalk. If you can't do anything about the tree, okay. But, seriously? This pile in the sidewalk wasn't found? The 1200 block of South Madison on the eastside sidewalk is an actual location. Very disappointed that this was passed through so many people & it took so much time to come to this conclusion! Is this not the method to report issues? Martha Selk

Blocked Street requests go to Paul Kehrberg, and nothing seems to happen after that. bridge over train tracks where rogers turns into madison (about 800ft north of 11th&rogers). NB bike lane (on east side of rogers) merge zone was inadvertently removed with new paint. originally, there was a merge zone (dashed white line) where the bike lane ends. when the bridge was resurfaced last year, they got the merge zone correct but added an extraneous solid white line north of the merge zone. when they repainted, they simply made the whole thing a solid white line. the current spot where the bike lane appears to end is a dangerous spot to merge. even with the striped line in the right place, this was an uncomfortable merge. it needs to be improved, not harmed. thanks!
