When traveling north on Curry Pike and planning to turn left (west) onto Vernal Pike the light has been changed to a “left turn on arrow only.” This is very annoying and seems unnecessary as you can see oncoming southbound traffic just fine. It makes no sense that a much busier interaction a mile south at 3rd & Curry Pike allows you turn left on flashing yellow but this light with much less traffic does not. Please consider changing this back to allow cars to turn on yellow flashing arrow. Thank you
Road lane markings north of bypass and old road 37 are nearly invisible during night. Driving there at night in the rain last night, it was very hard to see the lane markings, making it difficult to stay on the right side of the road. Additional reflecting markers and street lighting could help.
Pile of trash bags lying on the ground against building for weeks. SE corner of building. Rats have been seen digging through it.
There is a small black dog that looks like a terroir mix at 1105 S Stull Ave. It keeps coming into the yard of the property we manage 1101 S Stull. Today the dog bit someone taking a tour of the house. They did not draw blood from that bite. After talking to the tenant we learned that they have also been bitten by the dog and that it did draw blood. We would appreciated it if the dog stayed in it's own yard.
Growth of mold and mushrooms in a bed room in the house that I rent. We are not sure if it is safe to live in anymore and landlord is not taking proper action.
Both shower drains are badly backed up, to the point of nearly flooding the adjacent bathrooms. This is extremely unsanitary as well as flooding risk to the facility. This has been reported to staff a minimum of five times over the past several weeks but to my knowledge no action has been taken.
