Picking up our leaves is a great help, but why start so early? Most of the leaves in our yard are still on the trees and we are supposed to have them ready for pick-up on Nov. 4? I live at 1312 s Palmer ave , 47401. There are no streetlights on my street. There have been a series of car break ins and I fear the safety of the street. Please install street lights.
A Rules of the Road Question: Are cyclists allowed to pull to the right of your automobile at a red light and then pull into the intersection ahead of your automobile? I am particularly concerned when I want to turn right. Additionally, I am concerned when I can see a cyclist approaching from the rear in my right side mirror. Thanks!
