Amendment 4 would decrease density and housing options, the exact opposite of what the City should be doing. It additionally poses a real threat to the viability of actual families being able to live in such units. HUD and the law strongly disfavor eliminating housing options for larger families.
Please pass my remarks along, as most resident such as myself can't go to nightly 6 hour meetings . . .

HUGE KIDS SALE advertisers should be also fined for not cleaning up after events having taken place, that they were illegally advertising. Signs for April event are still out in the 1100 block of W Second Street, in the grass in the median in front of Milliken Smiles and Big Red Liquors;
and on the corner of W Third (1600 block) and Patterson in the grass on W Third.
And also, as reported previously, on E Second near Bart Villa apartments and the ECC.
