New sign on the south east corner of E Second and High Street in the grass next to the road: Affordable Termite and Pest Control
600 and 700 blocks of Eastside Drive. Potholes in front of 610, near the STOP sign at the intersection with University. Holes in the pavement near the driveway at 704 and 714 Eastside Drive.
Olcott Blvd in Hyde Park subdivision is a mess-potholes at nearly every intersection, growing larger by the day, needs immediate attention. Equally alarming is Daniel St. from Forrester to Olcott, potholes, areas that need attention now before damage is done to vehicles traveling these roads dally. Daniel was partially resurfaced years ago but not entirely. This needs to be addressed. Feel free to contact me to discuss. Thanks
Our road through Hyde Park is crumbling.... so MANY potholes and deep fissures. It is becoming a hazard to drive the road. Hot patching did NOT help .... please consider paving the entire area.
I really like the new dismount zone signs on the sidewalks at the corners of intersections on Kirkwood. Much easier to notice than the signs on the poles (too high for riders to notice) By the way it looks like someone removed the one on the corner sidewalk at Kirkwood and Indiana so it needs to be replaced. Wish these were placed around the courthouse square too so riders could see them. Like I said I don't think the ones on the poles are useful. They are just too high to be noticed. The signs on the sidewalks are much easier to see. Thanks
Amendment 4 would decrease density and housing options, the exact opposite of what the City should be doing. It additionally poses a real threat to the viability of actual families being able to live in such units. HUD and the law strongly disfavor eliminating housing options for larger families. Please pass my remarks along, as most resident such as myself can't go to nightly 6 hour meetings . . .
Student Painters sign in the grass in front of the Salvation Army building on 111 N. Rogers Street.
HUGE KIDS SALE advertisers should be also fined for not cleaning up after events having taken place, that they were illegally advertising. Signs for April event are still out in the 1100 block of W Second Street, in the grass in the median in front of Milliken Smiles and Big Red Liquors; and on the corner of W Third (1600 block) and Patterson in the grass on W Third. And also, as reported previously, on E Second near Bart Villa apartments and the ECC.
