At the intersection of Pete Ellis and John Hinkle, where the multi-use path crossses the road, we need a crosswalk. This is a busy T intersection, and there are pedestrians.

Near the corner of Covenanter and Brooks (N side of Covenanter, E of Brooks) on there is a "one lane road ahead" sign in place. There is no construction anywhere near that sign, and the only road restriction is the sign itself, which takes up half a lane of the road. I think it just didn't get removed when the work was done.
The median on Second Street and I-69 is overgrown with weeds. Plus the street sweeper is to clear debris. I contacted the Mayor office and was directed to your site. Not a very good first look for our city. Thanks
This parking meter took my coins without adding any time to the meter.
Hello. Is there anything the City is planning for Pride this month residents can participate in? Perhaps CFRD is organizing something I hope? Thank you! It feels the community is being attacked more than ever so hopefully there are some ways to celebrate our existence in one of the only towns in the State that may do so officially (fingers crossed).
Ticket number #188908 Was closed saying there are no pedestrian walking buttons at the intersection of 3rd and Collage Mall? I walk every day and press the button with no change in the walking status for last couple weeks?
Once again, we were woken up in the middle of the night to screams of men yelling in Bryan Park overnight- this time at 3 am, from someone yelling “help” and then laughter and loud conversation. The same men have been sleeping in the Bryan Park shelters for the past several weeks and many neighbors I’ve spoken to are upset about this. These men are extremely disruptive overnight. Please police the rule that no one is allowed to sleep in the parks overnight. I know the bathrooms are locked too then, so where are they going to the bathroom?
Referring to Closed case # 188519 (May 22: Citation issued). This concerns an unkempt lawn at 1709 E Circle Drive. The lawn is still in the same state as before. Maybe time for another visit?
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring a concerning incident to your attention. As a Clinical Case Manager with Centerstone, one of our clients recently disclosed an encounter with a city employee named Charles. According to the client, Charles, who was working after hours but who was not wearing a police uniform, took the client's bottle of whiskey and traded it for a pack of cigarettes. Unfortunately, this client had to be sent to the Emergency Room later that day due to withdrawal symptoms. Due to HIPAA regulations, I am unable to disclose the client's identity. Despite potential risks to my position, I felt it was important to share this information with you. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
We have these nice wide sidewalks in Bloomington to use, however, properties are not being maintained and the overgrowth blocks a large portion of them. Sare Road from Spicewood all the way down to Rhorer road has a lot of overgrowth. I've had my face cut by thorns when I met another runner at the same time and had to run through the brush that was in the sidewalk. The roundabout about at Sare and Winslow down to Jackson creek roundabout is also overgrown. Particularly the bridge area at Jackson Creek. These areas need trimmed down and edging to get full use of the sidewalks. These are heavily traveled paths that are not being maintained.
