There is very loud music coming from cars using the Exxon gas station at the corner of N Summit and W 11th st. Every night, cars park there and play very loud music for 10-15 minutes at a time. This happens almost every night, sometimes several times per night. It happens at midnight, or at 1, 2 or 3 am. The music can be heard from our bedroom and our house walls vibrate. This has become very uncomfortable as it wakes us up every time it happens. This is a noise violation since we can hear it from our home. Is there anything that can be done to stop this?

We are contacting you with hopes of getting some advice regarding the storm water stream that runs along E Vernon Ave in Matlock Heights neighborhood. There is a storm/ rain water stream( path) that runs under N Dunn Rd , goes west on E Vernon Ave and under Fritz Dr and eventually goes into a larger creek. Over the past few years this pathway has been deteriorating with some of the road erosion happening right before the water goes into the culvert under our driveway. The previous owner of our property added some rocks and blocks but it does not solve the road erosion problem. We are needing guidance and help since we do not know how to address the erosion and also the public road. 2 years weed overgrowth on city property blocks the view of my parents driveway at 918 west 2nd street Bloomington in He’s a disabled veteran with declining health. I do no wish him to be killed simply for pulling out onto second street due to weeds blocking the view of the road! We have complained before and it keeps happening! Please enforce!

Suggestion for system after being told to report stuff to state system. Their info states the following, “INDOT does not respond to reports containing profanity, obscenity, vulgarity, or defamatory or discriminatory language.“. Perhaps this should be added onto this city system as there seems to be some profanities utilized on here as of late. Thanks for your work!
