One-way sign at the intersection of the alley and 7th Street - right in front of 216 north lincoln st and across from church - is damaged and hanging upside down from the pole. You cant see it coming out of the alley and this is dangerous.

995 S Clarizz Blvd. Large pothole along entire entrance to IU Health Facility. Catches tires any way one goes in or out of the entrance. Hard on tires. Could damage tie rods and ball joints.

Now there's a convenience fee or surcharge to pay the water bill via credit card. Thanks a lot--that's great, another way the City finds a way to dump on its residents.
