South side of house nuisance light left on all night. Light is bright and completely unshielded element causing glare and light trespass on neighboring property. Please enforce the code, these violations are continual.
Lawn is incredibly overgrown. Gutter of the house has also fallen down and not been dealt with
Neglected dog. Animal is left outside without food or shelter for up to ten hours a day while the owners are home or working. The animal is clearly distressed when left outside for extended periods of time.

Limbs along the trail are ridiculously low. Several are less than 5 feet off the ground and need trimmed. They need to be at least 6 feet up so people of average height can travel without issues of getting smacked in the face with tree limbs that are soaking wet
Trails heading west are degrading in condition. Several large cracks and empty voids along the trail. Also Limbs along the trail are ridiculously low. Very large, female tree-of-heaven covered in wintercreeper and in full bloom. Property is owned by IU, address approximately 720 E. Atwater (south side of street about 1/2 block west of Optometry Building.)
There is a tree that is found to be dead. Had an arborist check it out. Owner states city put tree in.
