Our neighbor at 3830 S Woods Edge Bnd continues to let their dog get loose and in the last day we have now seen it attack a couple walking Saturday and now an elderly man and his dog. For 6 months we have repeatedly coaxed the dog back towards its fencing and the owner has acknowledged the dog being out but hasn’t addressed issue.
Yesterday I observed two men sharing a crack pick smoking crack in front of the downtown post office. Today while having breakfast at McDonalds south Walnut while eating breakfast I observed a male dark T shirt and jeans and beard and a woman bonding hair white hooded sweat shirt sharing a crack pipe right in window by the outside tables and no one even blinked an eye. I guess this is Bloomingtons new norm turn blind eyes to narcotic use so typical.

I am brown single mother who lost her job at IU at 2019 and IU has been using me for their political agenda and my kids also. Light trespass and glare. See photo, 3 meters from the property line. The nuisance light on the south side is so bright it is this visible in bright daylight on a sunny day, over a meter in from the property line. At night it exceeds the criteria for light trespass in the municipal code: ii. Light Trespass. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so that light trespass from any property line, except a property line abutting a public street, shall not exceed two footcandles at a point one meter beyond the property line. Also violated: shall be fully shielded so that the lighting element is not visible to an observer at any property line, except as stated otherwise in this Section 20.04.090 (Outdoor Lighting). ii. Unless otherwise specified, all lighting fixtures shall be full cutoff type as installed.
South side of house nuisance light left on all night. Light is bright and completely unshielded element causing glare and light trespass on neighboring property. Please enforce the code, these violations are continual.
