I've heard that the glass we take to the recycling center does not actually get recycled, but gets tossed in the landfill instead. Is that true?

Bus driver going so fast on 3rd he couldn't / wouldn't stop at the stop we pulled chain for. Then, rather than stopping around the corner, he said he we drop us off at the next stop, blaming for nut giving him enough notice, which is incorrect because we get off and pull the chain for that stop at least once a day and other drivers stop just fine. This guy was just driving way too fast and was trying to make up time since we left downtown more than 5 minutes late So besides being dangerous, the guy is rude and definitely needs some customer service training.
