Mattresses left for dead in ROW for a minute or two.
Mattresses left for dead in ROW for a minute or two.
Furniture in yard for several weeks now. Yard showing signs of neglect as well.
Dead tree is partially uprooted and leaning out over the road. It is being supported by a bushy mass of honeysuckle, white mulberry, etc. Hopefully someone can be compelled to deal with this in a safe expedient manner. Picture is on 8th St. looking west
There is a long wire hanging from a pole into the yard at the corner of 2nd St and Eastside Dr. It is the southeast corner. It is quite long and I am hoping not a live wire.
Home has been abandoned for several years. It is not secured (openings and a broken window present). The interior is in a state of demolition. Gutters have trees growing in them. Shed is unsecured. Rear fence fallen over. Debris pile in rear yard.
Overgrown yard and vegetation piles are a hazard and promoting mosquito and tick habitat.
This deep lot is minimally maintained in front, but the rear portion borders several close neighbors and is full of tall growth, debris piles, thickets, and limbs that need to be removed or brush hogged and maintained with a mower. There is also an abandoned, unsecured shed.
Yards of thin black wire in the grass in the yard and wandering into the street. SE corner of Eastside Drive and E Second Street.
I rent from Bloomington Rapid Rehousing. Since last Thursday, sewage/drain water has been backup up in my bathroom floor. I have been placing towels over the seepage, but now, all of my towels are saturated, and because of the backup, I am prevented from using my wash machine to generate more of them. After undergoing surgery only a week ago, I am not only forced to live in unsanitary conditions, the water on my floor presents a terrible trip hazard. I have already fallen once and often stumble when I enter the room.
city parcel - the first u report was reported on 7-2-25 the second report was reported on 8-5-25 the parcel is over grown with invasive plants and weeds are growing along the curb so the sidewalk is hard to use and it's the only sidewalk on the street. The house next to the city parcel is 1004 is also overgrown with invasive plants and the curb has weeds along it. The city parcel also gets trash from the dumpster from the Opportunity House.
