College mall/ East Moore's intersection. The eastbound light on e Moore's stays red through several cycles sometimes. Both turn lanes go and the westbound lane goes but eastbound doesn't.

It is practically impossible, as a pedestrian or cyclist to cross S College Mall Road to go west on Moores Pike if you are coming from Kroger.

Please fix this stoplight. Turn signals are triggering when there is nobody there and they hold forever. Signal definitely needs adjusted!
