There is a rotting deer carcass in the lake, right on the shore near the west north shore trail. I believe it was shot during the annual hunt but it was never collected. My sister is an ecologist and says that it should be removed from the lake to prevent e coli contamination. It is extremely pungent and can be located just by the smell. I have also tied a small green trash bag on a small tree along the trail, just uphill from the carcass.
There is a dead deer on the west side of the road in front of 4259 N. Kinser Pike.
Good size pothole at the intersection of Wylie Farm Road and Henderson Street. Hard to miss if you are turning right from Wylie Farm Road onto Henderson.

The train trestle underpass just past Bender Lumber is an incredible eyesore of graffiti. It is an extreme example. I don't know if the city graffiti busters (I was referred to you by Mayor Kruzan) have used black paint to "address" this site, but if so it actually looks much worse. The older train track underpasses all over the perimeter of the city need to be checked and the graffiti addressed. Former Mayor Tomilea Allison's policy was to paint over all the graffiti at a site like an underpass with gray paint to completely remove any trace of tagging and defacement. She did this as soon as it was reported. This discouraged the vandals knowing that no one would see their dog-like marking of that territory.
The cars are driving on one side of the road to avoid the tree scratching the cars. It’s dangerous when a car is coming from the other end. It’s been like this for months .
There are several potholes in the southbound lane of Adams St. between 2nd St. and W. Allen St.. Because the road is so narrow, it's almost impossible to avoid them.
Crossing 11th under the train bridge is dangerous. Vehicles cannot see the pedestrian crossing on the other side of the bridge. We should have flashing pedestrian lights that a pedestrian can activate when crossing 11th on either side of the bridge. Lights similar to 4th and Rodgers would be perfect.
