Groundhog roadkill spotted
A street sign is down at the north east corner of 1st and Fess. The sign ws face down, but looked to be a parking sign. I observed this about one hour ago (2pm on Oct. 20, 2017).
Telephone pole on the corner of West 7th and Maple has been tagged.
