Rockport between 37 and Country Club has become very hazardous during the detour. Tapp Rd construction has taken far too long for the size of the project. Its not a long section of road. why hasn't this project been finished and reopened? If there's a valid problem, city or county should monitor the traffic.

Citizen says that roads through Winslow Farm between Winslow & Henderson (Bent Tree Dr, Wylie Farm Rd) are used as cut throughs and there is a bad speeding problem. Sidewalks underneath the RR underpass on Smith Road (between 3rd & 10th) have accumulated sand, glass & trash and become hazardous for walking or running.
Pavement markings need replacing at 7th & college, also all over city and Ellettsville. Also, many areas need guardrails installed.
Citizen is BPD officer. There is a field with trees that are growing into the road which makes walking and driving difficult at Grandview Drive at the Smith Road entrance.
The intersection of W 2nd and Adams is extremely rough and falling apart. The pavement markings have worn off. This area needs to be machined and then repaved and restriped.
Would like to know if recycling pickup takes cardboard boxes that are not flat. This morning the boxes that he keeps stuff in were all taken.
