We are at 3801 S Woods Edge Bnd. Yard Waste week B and our leave bags were not picked up this morning.
A tree has fallen on North Martha street 2 days ago. Tree blocks half the two lane road.
During rain, the surrounding mud and grime around the skatepark at the new Switchyard park drains into the park itself since there is no finished edgings. I don't know what sort of timeline the construction crews have on getting to this, but I just wanted to point out how bad it gets. Some friends had to get wet and dirty in order to unclog one of the drains and get the water out from the park. We had to get our own brooms out to clean this up later on after it had dried. I understand it's cold season and there may not be anything to be done, but I feel like it needs pointed out. The skatepark itself is wonderful, but the work around it has been poorly taken care of. Pictures of the area that pools and how mud ends up draining into the park from two spots on the north side of the skatepark are in this shared album. https://photos.app.goo.gl/uXgmpwQefXXzfAV56 Thank you!
Sign not properly planted into the ground at the skatepark. It's barely into the earth with no apparent concrete footer underneath. I don't know if someone fell against it or if it was the insane winds the other day that pushed it back like this.
Hello City of Bloomington, I'm inquiring as to a sudden increase in water usage for this service address 2476 S Walnut St, account #15464-003. I'd like to request a verified meter read to check for any changes in the water consumption and any possible faults with the prior reading or meter integrity. Please respond to my email with any questions and findings. Thank you very much,
Construction occurring without posted (and valid) permit.
The Hunter foot path, between Eastside and Mitchell, which is maintained by the city, has a spring bubbling up through the pavement at the west end of the house at 500 Eastside Drive. You can see that the water is undercutting the pavement, and the city can expect that it will collapse in upon itself sooner or later. Hopefully, not when somebody is walking or biking over it.
These two cars have not moved for at least 2 years. The van is rusted out with flat tires. Is this allowed within the city? It is unsightly near my home.
