The Tyler’s Turn Home Owners Association had several dead ash trees on their HOA property. These trees were just off the border of our property, and two have fallen during storms in the past year. They hired someone to remove the dead trees, and most of the work was performed three weeks ago. However, they left one dead tree standing. It it is in a position to cause some major damage, this one is leaning onto our property, and the tree company made a partial cut at its base (see the attached picture). If it falls, it could destroy quite a bit of our landscaping & stonework, as well as another neighbor's fence. I’ve twice written to the HOA president, Eric Dainton <edainton@renaissancerentals.com>, alerting him of this situation, but have not received a response. The property’s parcel number is 53-08-10-210-002.000-009, and the owner is listed as Huntington, Renaissance Partners. It is located immediately to the east of 1857 S Covey Ln.

Hello, I live at 346 S. Rogers St. My neighbor to the west has started lighting fires very frequently the last few weeks and my concern is that it is right by the public alley and by a wood fence. I have attached a picture from last night. I have one in the daylight to show location; however, can only upload one picture. Is there a way to have him move fire grate further in to his property? I have seen flames as high as 8 feet. I believe this is a dangerous situation for people going through alley.

The company I rented through (Costley and Co) requires me to get a statement from you saying the water bill has been paid in full. Hello! This morning was our trash and recycling day. While our trash was picked up, they did not take the recycle even though it was all contained within the can and next to the street. Our address is 1200 E Atwater and I was hoping that it would be able to be taken care of through this website. We just moved in so we have a lot more recycling to take out and would be very grateful to have that done before next week! No notice was left
