Hello! I am inquiring about two $10 registrations for which I would like a refund. On 8/21 I registered my son for two nature classes that were part of the Junior Rangers program. These were 340002-A and 340002-B. On 9/5 the instructor of the program called me and said (in a voice mail message) that he had info saying my son was registered for a class and that they were "cancelling the program due to lack of enrollment". I inquired once before via the "contact us" portion of the registration website, but this was a couple of weeks ago and have not yet been contacted. I hope this method of contact can lead to the two $10 refunds and a resolution. Thanks!

At the urging of our neighbor the city removed a tree from our property (in the front easement) as it had signs of the ash borer. Many other trees in our neighborhood have been removed for the same reason but replaced almost immediately. We have waited since April 27, 2017 for stump grinding and a replacement. The bollard at the head of the Polly Grimshaw Trail has broken off its base. The bollard itself is next to the trail out of the way. At this point, there is no protection of the trail or the park from cars/trucks. It seems like at least the broken bollard should be removed from the site and ideally a new one put in place.

The trail to Park Ridge Park is over grown to the point where bikes and peds can not pass each other without using the grass verge. Dangerous especially at evening

I have a couple of concerns. One is when they have treated for invasive species on the portion of the trail I walk between Country Club and Gordon, there is nothing other than a sign. There is no indications of what areas have been treated, nothing is blocked off. I'm also concerned about the fact that there isn't a spot to throw away animal poo bags on the trail between Country Club and Gordon. I have seen several abandoned along the trail or the waste not being picked up at all.

I run the Trail starting at Tapp Rd frequently. I have noticed a proliferation of plants along the Trail so that the Trail is narrowed considerably. Especially there is a plant with a pink blossom. It appears very invasive. I don't know if you want these plants or not. I would think not.
