West bound Hwy 43 at Profile Pkwy/Park Square Dr. Yellow turn light to turn South onto Park Square Drive has been out for over 3 months. Green turn arrow and red light work.
Additional signs warning of low bridges should be added; although it is amusing to when rental moving truck semiannually hit the low bridges ( https://bloomingtonian.com/2019/10/28/ryder-truck-stuck-on-dunn/) . Currently there are is sign at 12th/Indiana and another half block north of 13th/Indiana. If some is turning south from 13th street on to Indiana then there is no sign with the height. The cost of additional warnings and signs would be offset by avoiding the any time spent having police direct traffic and repairs needed.
The street light, located at the intersection of Brighton Crest and Cadberry (900 block of Brighton Crest) ceased lighting last evening.
The street light at 912 S. Brighton Crest has now been for 2 weeks. I am hopeful this will be corrected very soon.
Across from the community kitchen there is an amazing amount of debris that needs removed.
Need to order developer/contractor to repair hole they created in pavement
Hi! I’m writing to request improvements to 2nd street westbound between Rogers and I-69. I drive this route at various times of day and the congestion is excessive, with stop-and-go traffic being the norm. I am not a city-planner, but a main cause of this seems to be (from a driver’s perspective) the number of traffic lights in the area. What steps can the city do to improve this issue? I live in the only house that is very near to the road on Moon Road and have two young children that play outside a lot. We desperately need some sort of signage to tell the truck drivers and other people that pass through our road that they need to slow down. It has been decades since young kids were in this area and I would really appreciate some of those "Children At Play" signs.
The lot on 6th and Lincoln and downtown in general are a disaster. The lot didn’t even seem to be plowed at all. I park there and had a hard time getting in and out up the little incline.
Chambers Pike Old 37 & Chambers Pike (about 1/4 mile down on Chambers Pike once you turn off from N Old 37)the road is literally almost gone and it’s becoming more of a hazard everyday with people going around it because it’s at the bottom of a hill.
