It's been over a month since we moved into the apartment, and it has been hot. The AC does not work on the first floor. I have called them, added maintenance issues but they aren't fixing anything! Please help!

"Yard waste" means grass, weeds, leaves, brush, tree trimmings, hedge clippings, and other yard and garden materials. 6.06.050 - Excessive growth. Excessive growth is just for starters. The yard is nothing but overgrowth - noxious weeds, invasive honeysuckle. This is a CITY lot, not the county. In addition, I question the safety of the building and the property itself. The condition of this property violates numerous city codes and it not acceptable in my neighborhood - my CITY neighborhood.
