Illegal dumping happens often in the easement between the properties on South Westwood Drive and Village Court. The Village Court tenants or property owner nearly constantly use this area as their personal dumping ground. This mess is currently behind the property line of 420 and 430 S. Westwood Drive. Overflowing and loose trash belonging to both 424 6th St. And the brick house on the corner next to it. Trash scattered all over front lawn as well. Ongoing issues with trash at both locations in front and side yards.
This tent has been blowing around and junking up the yard for over a week. Looks horrible and with the wind it could be dangerous.

1723 W Gray St, Bloomington, In 47404 This house has set vacant for almost 20 years, you can smell the mold and rot from a distance. We live very close to this house and see animals climb in and out of the chimney, the inside of this house is completely filled with mold, the floors are totally rotted. It's a major eyesore on our street, and has a major negative impact on our home values. Sometimes people break into it and it harbors questionable characters especially for a building that isn't livable, has no water or plumbing, etc. I'm afraid my kids one day will try to explore it since it's not locked, and they get hurt inside (I've explicitly told them to stay away from this building). Nothing on this property is maintained and since living one house down from this place, we have never once seen anyone come to mow, maintain, clean, etc. this property. We notice a lot of mosquitoes from this property and it worries us with new diseases developing with mosquitoes, this puts our neighborhoods kids and people in general at risk. I would highly recommend this get condemned. It's within City Limits.
