Vintage Phoenix property, overflowing trash which has blown all down the alley off 6th Street.
420 6th Street, loose trash all over front lawn and porch.
scattered trash and recycling throughout the alley behind the business
My roomate and i are living at 3310 odell s. Since we have lived here, we have dealt every day, with 2 people, a man and a woman, listening and being able to see in our apartment. It sounds bizzare, but true. It has all but ruined our lives. We know where they are staying but cannot or have not been able to put a stop to it. Please help in this matter. We are at the end of our ropes. Thank you. John k. Russell.
Grass not mowed
Front window has been out for weeks.
The yard is so overgrown at this address. It makes it very hard to see as you are coming off of Nancy.
My trash was not picked up this week, though I placed it on the curb the night before. No " non collection" notice was left, so I'm assuming this was an oversight.
Case #170190 has not been resolved. There is trash on the ground on the east side of the house and a pile of refuse on the SE corner of the property visible from the alley that is mostly cardboard and will become a mess when the next rain occurs.
CFC owns this "Smoker's Station" outside the Alion Building next to the Ivy Tech Waldron entrance on the 100 block of S Walnut St, NW corner of 4th & Walnut. The broken pieces keep blowing around on the sidewalk, creating tripping hazards. Several weeks ago, the trash inside it caught on fire. CFC has been asked repeatedly to fix it or remove it. With the top broken off, it will keep catching on fire. Can you talk to them about getting rid of it?
