Darwin Schmidt Sat 3/23/2019 3:22 PM do-not-reply@bloomington.in.gov Apparently he didn't get the message. An open trash can is by the middle of his fence. A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there. Please try again. 1506 W. 11th St. Trash and debris around property.
This report is in reference to serious overgrowth on a City right-of-way on the corner of N. Oolitic St. and W. 11th St. The property that this right-of-way is connected to is 1508 W. 11th St. The owner of this property is/was Joseph E. Day. However, he is recently deceased. At this time, the property is in the process of repossession by BB&T Bank. I know that in usual circumstances, Joe may have been responsible for the care of this area. However as I stated, he is now deceased. I have been trying to contact BB&T Bank - I actually may have an interest in purchase of the property since I own the vacant adjoining lots - but have gotten absolutely no response. In the mean time, the overgrowth on the City right-of-way that is on the west edge of his property is growing out into Oolitic St, has grown to the point of obscuring the speed limit sign, and is covering a fire hydrant. I am hoping that, given the circumstances, the City could come and mow/cut/clear that area. The main backyard is inside a fence, but this small section along Oolitic St has been left outside the fence. Thank you, Anthony Eller
Grass is overgrown. Overgrowth covers speed limit sign on west side of property and is growing out into the street.
1600 W. 12th St. Overgrowth on property along Lindbergh Dr. As you know, property owners responsible for care of such easements bordering property.
Neighbors trash on back porch, stinking up the neighborhood.
Still more trash accumulating on my neighbor's back porch at 1650 w 8th. Animals have clearly shredded one bag and trash is everywhere. I picked up trash that wasnt mine out of my yard yet again. This is illegal, a biohazard, not to mention completely disrespectful of the neighborhood and environment.
