To who it may concern, After 3 or more maintenance requests in the last week for our air conditioning at apartment 123 of The Arch Bloomington, the General manager will not do anything about it beyond sending maintenance to keep adding free-on when there is an obvious other issue. Trash piling over and loose trash scattered throughout 424 and 426 6th street. Pls note these are not the houses next to Bloomington Bagel, they are around the corner actually on 6th St.
