The Highland St. side of 1216 E. 2nd St has trees and vines 4 feet into the roadway. With no sidewalk, pedestrian must move far out into the street. Cars cannot park. Parking sign is obscured. Street sweepers swing around the area, creating ever more debris in the gutter.
The house at 516 S Jordan Ave has both trash and trash cans out two days after pick up. This is a hazard to those walking on the sidewalk.

Hello, the pictured trash can was placed in my driveway at 514 S Grant St sometime between 9am and 10:30 am this morning. It blocked me from entering my driveway and was extremely heavy to move. Since school has started it seems new residents are unsure how to use the city bins. My neighbors on the northwest corner of Grant and University have kept their trashcan blocking the sidewalk for over two weeks now.
