CFC owns this "Smoker's Station" outside the Alion Building next to the Ivy Tech Waldron entrance on the 100 block of S Walnut St, NW corner of 4th & Walnut. The broken pieces keep blowing around on the sidewalk, creating tripping hazards. Several weeks ago, the trash inside it caught on fire. CFC has been asked repeatedly to fix it or remove it. With the top broken off, it will keep catching on fire. Can you talk to them about getting rid of it?

The house at 516 S Jordan Ave has both trash and trash cans out two days after pick up. This is a hazard to those walking on the sidewalk.

For the second day in a row I have walked past the Rubicon and Which Wich on E. Kirkwood Ave. to find a bunch of chopsticks littering the sidewalk. I almost slipped on one today.

There has been a shopping cart on my property for over a week now. I was told by a police officer to put a note on it with my trash and the City would take care of it. I did that on Sunday evening, but the cart is still on the sidewalk.

These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.

trash pick up people are being assholes to us and im sick of it. leaving trash behind and leaving our cans in the road while our neighbors were placed neatly on the sidewalk. what is their problem with us. we just moved in. Hello -- where the parking lot and sidewalk end and the Rail Trail begins (at the trailhead on Country Club Drive), there is a growing issue. The height difference between the trail and the sidewalk is becoming a real trip hazard for pedestrians, an accessibility issue for others, and a flat tire waiting to happen for cyclists. Is there a way to get this fixed up a bit? But please, please, do NOT use giant gravel. The parts of the Rail Trail that were patched with giant gravel are a disaster. Leave the bump instead of using big gravel if that is the only set of options.
