Truck belonged to Swift Company, trailer No. T57146, license Oklahoma 543 9CD. Wants to know if driver reported this and can city collect damages.

My son sustained a fairly serious facial laceration (5.5cm down to the bone across his whole left eyebrow requiring suturing at the ER by a plastic surgeon) in an indoor soccer game that night. From the sidelines, it was not clear what had happened, and while the ref walked over to look at my son on the ground, no one summonned any help from the sidelines or sent anyone off the field for aid supplies until I actually walked onto the field to see why he had not gotten up off the ground.
