I rent from Pendragon properties at 3310 Odell DR. My living room is flooding gain as my back door does not properly close nor does it have a handle nor a lock. Pendragon has been avoiding me and refuses to do any work on my home. My vents are not all properly attached and I have bugs and moisture coming in. HANDS inspected and dis not pass my apartment and ordered repairs to be made, including MANY safety hazards involving the stairs, plumbing, and electrical. The home continues to fall apart as the elements seep in and Pendragon has made no efforts to fix anything.

1212 W. Cottage Grove. There is a For Sale sign on the fence for this...house? Would an inspector *please* do a full inspection of this structure to see if it meets building codes?

This structure is a danger. Several windows are boarded up, the rotten original siding is showing in places, the house is surrounded by debris and the front porch is full of it.
If someone is actually living in it, God help them. If someone is, HAND or someone needs to check on the people and the living situation, because they can't possibly be safe and it would be immoral to knowingly allow anyone to live in a house like that.

I am a resident of Bloomington and live at:
3445 Constance Avenue
I am enrolled in a college course called Environmental Technology.
I have a project to perform and was asked by my instructor for the following items of the city where I live, Water Treatment Facility.
1. Types of pipe material
2. Initial cost of the water treatment system
3. Design water flow rate
4. Number of water towers and pumping stations
5. Problems with the system since it was built in 1967
6. Change in elevation from highest to lowest compared to where the location of water treatment facility
7. Types of disinfectant used
I found three websites with a lot of information that I need but is there any other sites that would give me some of the answers to the questions listed above?
I called the site at 812- 824-9311 with little success.
thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Joe Schartz

A year ago the fire hydrant on the north west corner of my lot was changed out for another one and 4 squares of concrete were taken out and replaced. No one came back to d repair the damage done to the lawn and fill in with dirt and plant grass. There is an 8-10 inch drop off the edge of the sidewalk where someone could break their ankle if they fell off the sidewalk. The fire hydrant is unusually tall as it stands on top of a giant pipe that sticks out of the ground 10-12 inches. I don’t believe this was some of your best work.
