On Sunday there was a break in a water pipe that necessitated digging up the street in from of our house and mail box.The work was left unfinished, I assume due to the snow fall. Is it possible t repair and finish now that the weather has improved. It is difficult for the mailman to deliver mail.

The drilling contractors on 10th Street near Barrington Place and Woodbridge Apartments appears to have left potentially hazardous items on the ground. At the very least, these items constitute unsightly and unwanted litter. At worst, the items could be leaking in an area that ultimately drains to Griffy Lake via a nearby stream located downslope.
Hello, I live near the Jackson creek trail and find the new lights to be a complete disappointment. They are extremely bright and it no longer feels as though you are walking through nature, but rather a parking lot. Not only is it aesthetically unappealing but I am also concerned for the local wildlife. Light pollution can have a tremendous impact on the lives of nocturnal animals. I have been hearing spring peepers and owls this year but I’m concerned that these lights will affect these animals negatively. For one, artificial night light hinders an owls ability to hunt. For a city supposedly concerned about the environment, I find this change to be extremely disheartening. While I advocate for getting rid of them all together, the lights should at least be put on a timer so that they go off when the park is closed— around ten or 11. The meter 7671 on Walnut between Kirkwood and 6th street is not working properly. I put two coins in which registered. The third and fifth coin did not register. I did my errand and skipped having dinner downtown since I didn't want to get a citation. This is not economically good for the downtown area. I avoid going downtown as much as possible since about a third of the time I try to use a meter, it malfunctions.
The road block on Rogers south of Tapp road is a serious road hazard for those who are turning left from westbound Tapp onto Rogers. The southbound lane of Rogers is blocked off so if you need to turn left, it is nearly impossible if someone is in the northbound lane of Rogers turning left. There is considerable local traffic in the area, especially to the Bloomington Country Club. This is a dangerous traffic hazard and is an accident on the way to happen. Please fix this situation.
The north bound walk signal at Atwater and Indiana/Henderson does not turn on automatically and sometimes does not work even if the button is pushed. I was nearly hit today by a driver turning right because the signal did not turn on. It should be made automatic so that friction between drivers and pedestrians are reduced so close to the heavily pedestrian campus.

The cone disappeared a long time ago & school buses keep running over the storm inlet. Was wondering when the repair might happen? If the grate collapses, it's going to seriously damage a vehicle.
