The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. There is construction going on outside of my home. It looks like water is leaking and has been for awhile. And since the construction started my water pressure has been terrible.
Upland At 350 w 11th st consistantly puts an obstacle in front of an exit to prevent people from using the entrance/exit in the winter. Today the door is even locked preventing exit.
