Thanks Kelsey, The creek has been much clearer lately. I appreciate you following up. Usually when it is cloudy, it clears up in a day or two. I do watch it closely and will let you know, but unless you are able to get out right away, it may be difficult for you to see it when it is looking bad. Mr. Horvath, the sediment in Jackson Creek at Rock Creek Drive may have been a result of construction in the watershed. There is one construction project upstream from your location that may have contributed sediment in the past, but according to our Planning Department who manages the grading permits, that site has since been stabilized. I was in the area last week and observed some utility work being done in the neighborhood, but can't say if that was what caused the sediment in the stream on 2/2/2019. 1501 Browning Lane is an abandoned house. The owner still lives in the area but not in the home. It is becoming increasingly dilapidated. Recently a large evergreen tree fell into the house and is currently on top of the roof. Not sure if there is anything you can do to address this. The house is hurting the value of our street!

the traffic light at the corner of 2nd street and high street needs fixing. the turn arrow going south (coming from the east) always engages, even with no cars in the turn lane. and it stays for a long time. this has happened several times in the past.

There are no sidewalks at all on S Park Ave., S. Stull Ave., or S. Fess Ave between Bryan Park and Hillside (except on Grimes St).

There is quite a bit of trash discarded along the side of the road on Rogers Street between Green and Lois Lane. Could a corrections crew come out and clean this up? It is so unsightly and could draw rats.

Someone has spray painted an obscene word in big bright red letters on the wall at David St. and Sare Rd. This word has been on the wall for a couple of weeks and now the neighborhood children are referencing it.
