On Winslow Road, in the West bound lane, near Winslow Court, there is a distinct hollow echo when vehicles drive over a specific spot. I'm concerned that a void may have appeared over the years.
Citizen says that roads through Winslow Farm between Winslow & Henderson (Bent Tree Dr, Wylie Farm Rd) are used as cut throughs and there is a bad speeding problem. Would like problem monitored and City to look into ways of reducing the speeding either through enforcement or some kind of traffic control.

The household registration page at https://webtrac.bloomington.in.gov/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/household.html?option=add requires that a gender be selected, but only allows two genders. I originally reported an issue with the High Street sidewalk on the northeast corner of the High/Winslow roundabout last summer. The sidewalk in this area is being heavily encroached with vines from the neighboring property. It is extremely difficult to navigate this section safely with young kids walking to the Jackson Creek trail, as the vines are pushing you out towards the roadway. Can this please be cleaned up for this summer? This was originally reported on July 23, 2018 as case # 165250.
Bushes are overtaking the sidewalk on the NE corner of High street, just above the Rogers/Winslow roundabout. This makes walking or biking along the sidewalk to get to the Jackson Creek Trail somewhat dangerous, as the overgrowth pushes you out towards High Street. Cars are coming out the round about and accelerating, in this area, and sure seems real dangerous for smaller kids trying to navigate the narrow strip of sidewalk with speeding cars so close.
If I stay on the sidewalk because I am pushing a stroller I get smacked in the face by overgrown foliage, much of which appears to be invasive and about to seed
The sidewalk on the east side of High Street (there isn't one on the west side at this point) is being overtaken by overgrowth, pushing pedestrians into a fairly high speed section of High Street. This is just north of the round about at Winslow/Rogers.
Very poor visibility looking left on Moores Pike from the AMC 11 parking lot, impossible to see a good gap.
