Once again after the crew had been advised not to collect trash on Kinser Pike between 7:30 and 8:00 am, they did it again this morning. There is no way to pass and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach 46 and Kinser when collection is taking place at this time. There is no other route out of our four additions except for Kinser.

The light you guys added for the sports molecule completely backs up second street all the way to the hospital. There does need to be a light there and is fucking retarded. Both storm inlets are clogged at the intersection of Olde Mill Drive and Winslow Farms Drive on the south side. Giant puddle has formed across both lanes. And, it's deep.

An Atlas moving truck drove through Sweetbriar and broke numerous limbs on the street trees, the limbs are hanging in the road.
At the intersection of S Strain Ridge Road and E Scott Lane in South Bloomington there is an area that is always flooded when it rains. This causes 1) potholes at this intersection, and 2) the water accumulates and flows down through the woods to form a literal stream through our backyard. The water flow needs to be redirected.
Traffic light on st.rd 46/Dunn street it was motion-sensitive during early morning hours(3:00am-6:00am),but after recent construction stop light start operate with day time options. Please adjust stop light in early morning with motion-sensitive option. Thanks.
