My roomate and i are living at 3310 odell s. Since we have lived here, we have dealt every day, with 2 people, a man and a woman, listening and being able to see in our apartment. It sounds bizzare, but true. It has all but ruined our lives. We know where they are staying but cannot or have not been able to put a stop to it. Please help in this matter. The roof has to be on the verge of collapse. If someone were to enter this structure, who knows what could happen to them. Beyond the fact that it is blight right in the middle of one of the most important parts of the city, the property and the structure is a danger to anyone near it. Please do something about this. It has been sitting like this entirely too long.

This structure is a danger. Several windows are boarded up, the rotten original siding is showing in places, the house is surrounded by debris and the front porch is full of it.
If someone is actually living in it, God help them. If someone is, HAND or someone needs to check on the people and the living situation, because they can't possibly be safe and it would be immoral to knowingly allow anyone to live in a house like that.
