There are many, many, many cats and a few dogs within a chain link fence on East First Street one block from the playground of Binford elementary. The yard reeks of cat urine and the dogs bark constantly. The small white dog is not made to be out in cold weather. He barks pitifully. These animals do not appear to be well cared for at all and are a nuisance to the neighborhood. Please, please do something about this.

I am a bicyclist and must use the sidewalks occasionally because of lack of bike lanes. At 701 S. High St., there is a culvert that borders the house and the apartment building. Weeds are growing out of the culvert and blocking the sidewalk, creating a hazard. It's not clear if it's the homeowner's responsibility or the city's to remove the weeds. Weeds are also protruding from the property onto the sidewalk.

I have been calling about this car since 2016. It has been turned around but is still parked in front of my house. The plates say 16. I was told by a policeman in 2017 that it would be moved in three days.... when I called 2 weeks later I was told they had new plates.... doesn't look like it. We could use the parking please. It has been right in front of our sidewalk for at least 3 years. 708 W Dixie

This car was reported by me in 2016, 2017, and around 2 weeks ago in 2019. In all of this time the car has not moved on it's own power. After I reported the last time and a policeman came and talked with the owner, it has been pushed about 12 feet closer to Fairview. It is not in front of our sidewalk anymore, yet since Hoosier Heights opened parking places are at a premium. Not sure what was said the last time but the license still shows 2016.

I’ve been using the trails mainly Clear Creek for several years. I’m a bike rider plus walking. The Clear Creek trail seems to be ignored a lot in the last year or so. In the past couple of weeks we have had strong winds, some trees have blown down. The trees were removed in a timely fashion but the small limbs and debris from t/he clean up was left untouched. One area north of That Road and just north of the water fountain gravel and dirt continues to wash out onto the trail but nothing is ever done to resolve the problem. Walking is not as bad as biking but biking can be a real hassle. The trail gets so bad sometimes that I go to Karst Farm even though it’s not as convenient. It seems a lot is being spent to develop the area south of Grimes and Clear Creek gets ignored. I see maintenance workers driving up and down the trail and they even sit and talk a lot but no one ever gets out of the vehicle to improve the trail when only a few minutes could make a big difference. Hi. The recycling pickup missed our street today (the garbage truck came, but not the recycling truck). Not only us, but our immediate neighbors too. Our street is the stretch of South Rose Ave between E 1st and E 2nd Streets. (Today is 12/24/18.) We'll just let it accumulate and try again next week, but we thought you should know. Thank you.
