Heritage Apartments has hung up a very large "Now Leasing" sign on the end of their building facing Hillside Dr. Please see if it exceeds code requirements.
As you drive into Coppertree, there are "Private" / "Residents Only" type signs. Are these private roads, can they put up exclusionary signs in public ROW?

Grass across Allen from the S. entrance to West Pointe needs to be cut. Also grass at empty home on Branch Re. inside westpointe. also check the lot at 708 S. Adams for overgrown grass. They also think that the vacant lots inside Westpointe will be over 1 foot very soon. So keep an eye on it and don't let it get too high.
(1107?) Buddy Blunk's parcel on W. East Branch Rd. needs to be cut. We have dealt with this parcel before.
In a meeting with citizens, it was brought to our attention that a house in the 1300 or 1400 block of W. 6th appears unsafe. It has a blue tarp on the roof and a hole in the front wall. Appears vacant but an attractive nusiance to children in the neighborhood.
At monthly NAG meeting the 6th and Ritter Neighborhood Assocation reported that the storm drainage ditches in their neighborhood are not cleaned out and therefore do not function properly. They contend that they have reported this repeatedly to no avail. you may contact Dave Walter if you have specfic questions.
THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF 2007 E 2ND STREET IS FLUSH WITH THE ROADWAY. THE SIDEWALK IS NOT RAISED IN THIS AREA. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS.
tree in front of 508 W. 3rd is dead and or on its way. The neighborhood assocation would like it removed before it causes any damage and would like a new tree planted after the removal. Call Bill Sturbaum if you have questions. He is the Assocation President.
