North side of 1st Street in the 2000 and 2100 blocks (Clifton, High are cross-streets acc. to GIS).
the bushes at the southeast corner on the property have become so over grown that they are causing a line of sight problem when pulling onto Rogers from Prospect.
"There is a house in my neighborhood that possibly has been abandoned. This past Friday a tree fell in their front yard and into the street and it wasn't until another resident contacted the city that the part that was in the street was removed. The yard is an overgrown mess in my opinion but don't know at what point it's considered a code violation. When the tree went down no one came to the door, hence our belief that the house may be unoccupied. The address is 3005 E. Daniel St., 47401. Thanks for your time!"

There is a fence down on the Atwater side of this home. It's a mess in a highly traveled area. Thought I'd send it your way for your staff to address. Excessive growth at a seemingly abandoned property, hole in the front door and animals residing in the residence.
Eric, This complaint was sent to me by email from a councilmember. Can you have Kenny go by and issue a warning? Thanks!
