Received email complaint from adjacent property owner, along with a picture regarding the trash on lawn left by tenants after a yard sale. Sign stated that tenants were moving out of the state.
Received email from neighbor regarding trash bins and refuse in yard. Neighbor has complained in the past about similar problem.
Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there. Recycling not set out correctly, now scattering. Also, they keep their trash container by the front door.

trash has been piling up at the property at the northeast corner of washington and hillside. there is a row of hoosier disposal collection cans overflowing. it has been at least 3 weeks since they were emptied. they are hidden from street view behind a row of evergreens but i'm afraid it will attract vermin. i know the landlord has recently passed.
Citizen is concerned about the overgrowth of brush at the intersection of 11th & N. Fairview causing a dangerous situation. Also, fallen rock on the sidewalk to the north side of the bridge.
Weeds and growth over sidewalks in the Hyde Park neighborhood, along Sare Road between Winston and Moores Pike. Also close to the movie theatre.
