Location of your Problem: 901 W 4th Street Details: The property has overgrown bushes, weeds, and trees surrounding it, which are unsightly. Also, some foliage hangs over the alley (Waldron Street, directly south of 4th), blocking access, and scraping cars that pass by. The grass in back and along side the alley is frequently very long and unsightly. This property stands out, in what is otherwise a nice area of W. 4th Street.

woman dumps garbage out kitchen window, towards back end of house, says it's compost: consists of eggs, pizza, dinner rolls,tomatoes, sandwiches, burritoes, just plain garbage. Attracts bugs, animals, etc.Complaint in rental file.
